Cancellation Policy

Our reservation cancellation policies are as follows

NON-REFUNDABLE

The reservation cannot be cancelled or rescheduled, without exceptions.
The amount is non-refundable without exceptions, that is, no amount of money is returned.
For changes, cancellations, no-shows or early departures, the penalty is 100% of the total reserved stay.
Depending on the conditions of the reserved rate, the hotel may charge the total amount of the reservation immediately upon receiving the reservation confirmation.

STANDARD

Cancellations received in High Season: January, February, Easter, July and August in their entirety.
to) If cancellation is made between 15 and 30 days prior to check-in, the amount of the deposit you have made will be charged to future reservations. This balance will be valid for a period of 6 months. The amount paid is non-refundable, meaning no amount of money will be returned.
b) If cancellation is made within 15 days prior to check-in, we will charge 100% of the total stay as a penalty.

Cancellations received during the Rest of the Year:

to) If cancellation is made within 10 days prior to check-in date: a penalty of 1 (one) night of the reservation will be charged, in addition to 100% of the reservation. The value of the deposit you have made will be charged against future reservations.
b) If cancellation is made more than 10 days before the check-in date, there will be no penalty. The amount of the deposit you have made will be applied to future reservations. This balance will be valid for a period of 6 months. The amount paid is non-refundable, meaning no amount of money will be returned.
c) By NO SHOW, 100% of the stay is charged. EARLY DEPARTURE, the entire reserved stay will be charged plus 1 (one) night of the reservation, additionally from the 100% of the reserve. The value of the deposit you have made, It will NOT be applied to future reservations.
